“The head of the Latino group suing Riverside over its immigration ordinance Tuesday hailed the results of the election there and renewed his call for township officials to rescind the ordinance.
“I commend the people of Riverside for terminating the leadership of Mr. Hilton and his party,” the Rev. Miguel Rivera said at a news conference outside the federal courthouse here.”
