“A burgeoning Hispanic home-buying market has prompted home builders and mortgage lenders to advertise through Spanish-language newspapers, radio and real estate Internet Web sites and to hire Spanish-speaking sales agents.

Targeting Hispanics has become a common marketing strategy within the real estate industry, said Gilbert Pacheco, a mortgage adviser and spokesman for the Inland chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.”
