“In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Department of Puerto Rican and Latino Studies at Brooklyn College, the department will present an all-day program, Encuentro 2006, The Possible Dream: Latin@ Arts, Communities, and Leadership on Thursday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Brooklyn College Student Center , located on Campus Road and East 27 th Street .”
