“A federal judge who temporarily blocked the city of Hazleton from enforcing a crackdown on illegal immigrants has extended the order for up to 120 days. U.S. District Judge James Munley, whose temporary restraining order was due to expire Nov. 14, extended it to give each side time to prepare for a trial on the constitutionality of the laws.”
