Prudential Rand Launches New Latino Sales Division

“Prudential Rand Realty has announced that it has launched Prudential Rand Latino, a new division dedicated exclusively to serving the Latino home-buying community in the Hudson Valley.

The new division will be anchored by 50 Spanish-speaking sales associates who will be stationed throughout the company’s expansion network of 21 offices along with a Web site – www.prudentialrandlatino.com – that carries over 200,000 active listings in seven counties in Spanish language.
