“Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) today announced that the Company has completed the previously announced sale of its Dallas radio stations to Liberman Broadcasting of Dallas, Inc. for an adjusted purchase price of $92.5 million. The stations include KTCY-FM, KZZA-FM, KZMP-FM, KZMP-AM and KBOC-FM. As a result of the completed sale, the Company no longer has operations in the Dallas market.”
