“The secretary of state’s office did not violate Iowa’s English-only law by offering Spanish absentee ballot request forms. That’s according to Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller.

The A-G issued his opinion tonight — hours after a Republican state lawmaker questioned the legality of the Spanish forms that were posted online.”
