“Eduardo Pria, chef/owner of Eduardo de San Angel in Fort Lauderdale, likes to introduce people to the flavors he remembers growing up in Mexico City. He’s been cooking since he was 8. His father ran a restaurant and his mother was a very good cook.

“I’ve always had a passion for food,” he says.

But today he fuses the flavors of his homeland with the ingredients and techniques he learned studying to be a chef in Spain, France and Italy.”
