“McDonald’s announced today its partnership with the 7th Annual Latin GRAMMY(R) Awards as an official sponsor of the prestigious awards show honoring the best in Latin music.
“McDonald’s is proud to partner with the Latin GRAMMYs this year for the first time,” said Rick Marroquin, Director of Marketing, McDonald’s USA. “As one of the leading corporate sponsors of Latin music, we are excited to be part of an evening that not only recognizes talented Latino artists but also celebrates our culture through our many accomplishments in music.”
As part of its sponsorship participation, McDonald’s(R) will host the “Savor the Latin GRAMMYs with McDonald’s Sweepstakes”. The sweepstakes will give New Yorkers the opportunity to be a part of the Latin GRAMMY Awards show in the Big Apple.
Singer and actress Lucero, and salsa artist Victor Manuelle will host this year’s awards show. The show will also feature performances by Shakira, Alenjandro Sanz, Ricky Martin, Andrea Bocelli, Conjunto Primavera, Luis Fonsi, Ana Gabriel, Maná, Joan Sebastian, and Thalí. “
