Author visit part of library’s plan to draw Spanish-speaking clients - Kalamazoo, Michigan

“An upcoming visit to Kalamazoo by nationally acclaimed bilingual author Pat Mora will be the latest in a series of Kalamazoo Public Library events meant to draw the area’s growing Spanish-speaking population.

“Over the past two years we’ve made a strategic effort to better serve our Spanish-speaking families, including children and adults of all ages,” said Susan Warner, head of the library’s youth and branch services.”
