“The Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce’s Hispanic Business Council (HBC) today launched their Mentor-Protégé Program, aimed at fostering the growth of central Indiana’s Hispanic-owned businesses.

“As part of the Indianapolis Chamber Hispanic Business Council’s commitment to growing Hispanic business enterprises, the council has developed the Mentor-Protégé Program to encourage the development of Hispanic-owned businesses by pairing them with larger mentor firms,” said Charlie Garcia, council chair and president of G.M. Construction.

“The program is guided by the council’s mission statement: ‘To provide leadership for the successful creation, growth, development and retention of Hispanic businesses in the greater Indianapolis area.’”"
