“Rep. Hilda Solis, D-Calif., says she is “extremely disappointed” that the Department of Veterans Affairs will not establish a task force to study the possibility of providing services to veterans with limited English proficiency.
“This blatant refusal to act is a slap in the face of those who are proudly serving our nation,” said Solis, who urged the Bush administration to reconsider.”
