“Clayton Johnson, president of La Paletera Franchise Systems Inc., has purchased two of the company’s Houston franchises to create national prototypes of the concept and to use the Bayou City as a base to test product ideas.
The company takes over the stores, located at 7418 Airline and 5720 Bellaire, on Nov. 1.
The company is in the process of expanding its menu to include Mexican fare such as a variety of tortas and chicharrones with cueritos.”
