Tagged: LULAC“Norbert Garcí, the recipient of a $150,000 scholarship to the California College of the Arts in Oakland, is among the local artists being recognized by LULAC and Amigos de Pima Community College.
Garcí, 18, received the organization’s youth/emerging artist award because his work is “creative, innovative and reaches a high level of excellence,” said LULAC Arizona Director Enrique Perez Gomez.”
