“Dallas’ Spanish-language news station Telemundo’s KXTX-TV (Channel 39) is bracing for job cuts and major changes after parent company NBC Universal announced dramatic cost-cutting measures earlier this week.

The media company said it plans to cut 700 jobs throughout its television operations nationally in order to trim operating expenses by $750 million by the end of the year.”
