““LOS HIJOS DE LA MAí‘ANA” Chicago’s popular morning show airing on WLEY-107.9, “La Ley” is organizing an event to raise awareness and funds to fight breast cancer. Funds acquired during this fund drive will be given to the American Cancer Foundation.

“LOS HIJOS DE LA MAí‘ANA” is aware of how this disease has touched millions of women, including those of Hispanic origin. According to medical research, Hispanic women are not adequately informed about early detection in order to fight this disease. Once the cancer is finally detected, it is so, until a very advanced stage. This is the reason why La Ley 107.9 has launched their own campaign informing on-air about self-examination and what the results of a mammography can be.
