A special opening program will begin at 1 p.m. and feature Reds Hall of Famer Leo Cardenas and Local12 Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter Tara Pachmayer as emcee. He played shortstop for the Reds for nine seasons and had a 16-year Major League career. He was elected to the Reds Hall of Fame in 1981.”
