Imax signs deal for Mexican theaters

“Imax Corp. has signed a deal to install two of its giant screen theater systems in Mexico, the Canadian firm said on Thursday.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Imax said the agreement with Cinemas Martinez is part of that company’s plan to open two new multiplex developments in the Mexican cities of Torreon and Chihuahua.”
