“School officials voted Tuesday to offer its Spanish-speaking students a course aimed at perfecting their ability to communicate in their native language.

The Temecula Valley Unified School District trustees unanimously adopted “Spanish for Spanish Speakers,” an elective to begin in fall 2007.”
