Rosario “Millington was awarded the 2006 New York State Hispanic Heritage Community Service-Education Award at the state Hispanic Heritage Month Committee’s 10th annual award ceremony Sept. 28.
The Ontario County Office for the Aging nominated Millington for her leadership and community service as well as her instruction, mentoring and academic support to school-aged Latino children in the region.”
