“Bill Conroy’s investigation into the “House of Death” Ciudad Juárez murder case has made some major breakthroughs recently in the pages of the Narcosphere. Early this week, Conroy published an email interview he conducted with former Mexican cop Guillermo Ramirez Peyro - known throughout this two-year series of stories as “Lalo” - who worked as an informant for the U.S. government inside the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes drug cartel. Documents have shown that Ramirez had some degree of participation in twelve murders at a residential home in the Mexican border city, and that his U.S. handlers were aware of this but encouraged him to continue his work.”
