Three arrested in crimes targeting Hispanics - Wilmington, Delaware

“Wilmington police have arrested three people in crimes they said targeted the city’s Hispanic community.

Five victims, predominantly of Mexican heritage and ranging in age from 23 to 57, were assaulted in four attacks that have happened on North Harrison Street since May. Most of their injuries were deep head cuts caused by a blunt instrument, which police believe was a baseball bat. Three had just left paycheck-cashing businesses when they were attacked.”
