“It’s a stirring moment when 200 boys and girls can deliver a concert with an 8-year-old conductor or a blind boy pianist – and get a standing ovation.

It happened in 2004, when the Orquesta Sinfónica Infantil de México –the National Youth Symphony of Mexico – performed in Fort Worth.

This year may bring new surprises when the orchestra returns to Fort Worth for a performance at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26 in Bass Performance Hall.”
