“About 500 Hispanic students from Northern Nevada will be encouraged to take control of their futures Friday at the annual Youth Congress summit at the University of Nevada, Reno campus.

The theme of this year’s conference, which is sponsored by the Hispanic Leadership Summit, is Somos el Futuro: Changing Our World is Possible.”
