Haubegger founded Latina magazine in 1996 at age 28 and was named one of Newsweek’s “Women of the New Century” in 2001. She was hired at Hollywood talent firm Creative Artists Agency in 2003 to provide clients with expert insight on Hispanic-related initiatives. She also was executive producer on the Adam Sandler feature film “Spanglish.”"
