“The president and co-owner of a Wilmington-based temporary labor service company pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to conspiring to provide work for hundreds of illegal aliens.

Maximino Garcia, president of Garcia Labor Co. in Ohio Inc. and Tennessee-based Garcia Labor Co. Inc., entered a plea agreement that requires him to forfeit $12 million and face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.”
