“The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a class-action lawsuit against U-Haul, charging the moving and storage company of discriminating and harassing Hispanic and Filipino workers at a Las Vegas facility.

The suit, filed in U-S District Court, alleges that Hispanic mechanics were subjected to a hostile work environment by being subjected to repeated racial epithets and told to “go back to Mexico.”"
