“The owner of a chain of Latino grocery stores in Kansas and Missouri will be deported after pleading guilty to three counts of selling misbranded medicines manufactured in Mexico.

Thirty-eight-year-old Samuel Morones-Perales was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Kathryn H. Vratil. He was also ordered to forfeit $18,000 - the profits he made by selling the misbranded drugs.”
