The son of comedian Paul Rodriguez, “P-Rod,” 20, is a Mexican-American professional skateboarder who is making a name for himself beyond the world of action sports. After turning pro in 2002, he was named TransWorld SKATEboarding magazine’s “Rookie of the Year” and went on to win Gold Medals for the X-Games Men’s Skateboard Street Category in 2004 and 2005. He is now gearing up for a slightly different role in Tony Hawk’s Project 8(R), the latest title in the top selling video game series.
