“The acclaimed off-Broadway play Yo Soy Latina! will be performed Monday evening, September 25th from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM in the Burke Auditorium in McGowan Hall on the campus of King’s College. Written by Linda Nieves-Powell, Yo Soy Latina! relates the story of Latina women seeking to answer the question, “What is a Latina?” Yo Soy Latina! is the winner of the 2005 Imagen Award for Best Live Theatrical Production and has been presented at over 50 colleges and universities throughout the United States.”
