“U.S. Treasurer Anna Escobedo Cabral will speak to community leaders and parent representatives tomorrow at the Delhi Center as part of a three-day conference on Hispanic education.

Friday marks the last day of the regional conference of the Partnership for Hispanic Family Learning, a national collaboration between corporate, community, faith-based and government organizations centered on the Hispanic family to improve the educational attainment of Hispanic-Americans.”
