“Henry Cisneros, former mayor of San Antonio and past U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, has authored a new book titled Casa y Comunidad: Latino Home and Neighborhood Design.

Sporting such chapter titles as: The Rise of the Latino Home Buyer, A BuilderÂ’s Guide to Reaching Latino Home Buyers, Capturing the Latino Spirit in Interior Design or The New Latino Home, Cisneros hopes to provide some insight for realtors, home builders, mortgage lenders and community designers into the fact that Latino families shouldn’t be expected to fully assimilate when it comes to how they live in their homes.”
