Oscar De Haro: Memories of Mexico, roots in St. Helena, California

De Haro, 52, named Napa Valley College’s vice president of student services last November, spoke of his pioneering family — immigrants from the village of Los Haro in Zacatecas, Mexico — at the September meeting of the St. Helena Historical Society.”
