“Leading the way as the premier forum in the Latin Rap, Reggaeton, and Latin Urban genre, the Latin Rap Conference, and its organizers have released the names of this year’s panelists, many of whom are key players responsible for shaping the Latin Urban music space of today. These pioneers have been chosen by the LRC’s Board of Directors to discuss the state of the Latin Urban format over four informative panels taking place on October 11th-12th at LQ’s in New York City. Confirmed panelists include Sony BMG Latin Chairman, Kevin Lawrie, Atlantic Records Chairman, Craig Kalman, Hip Hop mogul Steve Rifkind, President of SRC Records, Machete/ Universal CEO Gustavo Lopez, New York’s Hot97’s Ebro Darden, UBO CEO Adam Kidron, Khool Aid of Los Angeles’ Power 106 and the nationally syndicated Pocos Pero Locos, as well as leading executives from MTV Tr3s, Mun2, AIM TV, Si TV, KLOL, Univision, and AOL Latino.”
