Hispanic Heritage Festival continues to grow and grow - Sherman, Texas

“Sherman’s ninth annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration was an afternoon of fun, music and plenty of Latin American food. The celebration included a lowrider car show, a children’s arts area and the crowning of the festival queen. Children spent time on the water slide as parents watched a strong lineup of entertainment on center stage.

The highlight of the celebration was the all-female mariachi band, Mariachi Azucenas, who drove from McAllen, Texas, to Sherman to play this celebration for the first time.”
