“Marta Bianchini, the owner of Cubanitas restaurant in downtown Milwaukee, has been chosen to receive an Anna Maria Arias Memorial Business Fund award and grant from Wells Fargo & Co.

Bianchini started Cubanitas in 2003. It was ranked last year by Hispanic Magazine as one of the top 50 U.S. Hispanic restaurants.”
