“Violence in Oakland will be discussed at Saturday’s state convention of the National Latino Peace Officers Association.

About 100 California Latino law enforcement officers ”” from officers and deputy sheriffs to chiefs ”” will attend the convention, which runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Executive Inn, 1755 Embarcadero.”
