“An United Nations report released this month, in advance of The High-Level Dialogue on International Migration and Development conference due to open tomorrow and run through Friday at the UN, confirms what most Latinas already know.

Latinas are hard workers, especially Latina migrants.

The report, A Passage to Hope: Women and International Migration, discloses that, when compared to men migrants, women earn less than the men at the menial jobs but are able to send more home to their children and families — go figure!”
