A sign that read, “My country, maybe, my neighborhood, no way!” was left with the cross over the weekend.

“Local and federal officials are investigating an incident in south central Kentucky where a burning cross was left in a Hispanic family’s yard.

Nelson Espinoza moved his family into the neighborhood two months ago. He is originally from El Salvador, but has lived in the United States for five years, he said.”

This combined with yesterday’s story “Klan (KKK) fliers on illegal immigration spread in Raleigh neighborhood” in North Carolina makes this a troubling trend.
