“Delta Air Lines Inc. will launch new routes this winter from Los Angeles International Airport to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and Managua, Nicaragua.

Atlanta-based Delta (Pink Sheets: DALRQ) said the flights start in mid-December, continuing the bankrupt carrier’s expansion between Los Angeles and Mexico and Central America. The service to Managua will operate two-times weekly, while flights to Puerto Vallarta will operate daily. Both routes are subject to foreign government approvals.”
