Potential fire hazards from religious candles with warnings printed only in English

The name of the saint and the description are in Spanish — but not the warning

“There have been a number of fatal and near-fatal fires in Northwest Indiana and Chicago involving Mexican immigrants. The last one was at Luigi’s Restaurant.
….
No where on the warning does it mention that if the wick is not cleaned off and it accumulates, it can cause a flame to shoot upward. If the candle burns down to about one or two inches, it is quite difficult if not impossible to clean off the wick.”
