“The National Hispanic Cultural Center and its Foundation will be hosting an official ground breaking event in Albuquerque for the Pete V. Domenici Education Building on Saturday, Sept. 9. The 25,000-square-foot facility will, among other amenities, include conference and banquet spaces, room for student and multimedia exhibits, indoor and outdoor culinary arts areas and a library. The building is slated to be complete in the spring of 2008.
The Domenici Education Building will offer the range of cultural programs that are currently provided by the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC), such as visual and performing arts, language and history.”
