“About 50 immigrants and their supporters rallied Thursday afternoon inside the Jefferson County Courthouse to encourage immigration reform that goes beyond enforcement.

The rally was held inside Judge Scott Vowel’s courtroom after a rainstorm chased the group from their rally place in Linn Park.”
