Hispanic Business Expo & Economic Summit Celebrates 5th Year as Michigan’s Largest Hispanic Business Event; Event to Welcome Gubernatorial Candidate Dick DeVos and Michael Wortsman, President of the Univision Television Group

“The 2006 Hispanic Business Expo & Economic Summit, scheduled to take place September 6 - 7 at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center, will welcome business leaders, elected officials and entrepreneurs to join activities during the 5th year of Michigan’s largest Hispanic business event. Attendance is expected to exceed 1,000 participants with an anticipated 200 exhibitors.

Gubernatorial candidate Dick DeVos will address the Expo’s Newsmakers Breakfast and Gov. Jennifer Granholm will provide taped remarks on Thursday, September 7 beginning at 7:30 a.m. In addition, several business leaders and elected officials will be on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony at 8:45 a.m.”
