Fostoria gets ready for 1st Latino Fest. Ohio

“A celebration of the Fostoria area’s Hispanic culture and the observance of Mexican Independence Day will be melded into the city’s inaugural Latino Fest later this month.

Joan Reinhard, assistant director of the Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce, said the intent is to increase family awareness of the Latino culture. The chamber of commerce is helping promote the event, along with the Latino Awareness Committee under the Women, Ethnic Group, and Youth Task Force.”
