As announced by the Government of Puerto Rico on August 23, 2006, Spanish Broadcasting System Puerto Rico was selected to organize this spectacular evening.
Festivities honoring the most beautiful woman in world will be held at the Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum. Renowned and popular Puerto Rican born Latin singer and actor, Carlos Ponce will host the gala. “
