El Hispano News’ “Parents Step Ahead’ Program at DISD in Dallas, Texas

“In celebration of its 20th anniversary and continued commitment to improving the community through education; El Hispano News will hold its “Parents Step Ahead” program at three elementary schools within the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). El Hispano News “Parents Step Ahead” program is a collaborative initiative with the White House on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans, the National Association of Hispanic Publications Foundation (NAHPF) and the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). This program is meant to educate, enable and empower parents to take a proactive role in the personal and educational development of their children; and make a positive impact in their lives. “
