Director brings new perspective to Latino Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa

“Rebecca Caceres of Council Bluffs started Aug. 15 in the center’s new office at 300 W. Broadway, Suite 16. The center continues to operate a small office inside the Council Bluffs Community Health Center, Suite 6.

Caceres, a former teacher, was attracted to the position by a desire to help and use her bilingual skills. She enjoys interacting with other people - especially when she can do that in another language.”
