“At least two Cen-Tex Hispanic Chamber of Commerce board members are reconsidering their threats to resign, saying it might be better to hold on and try to reform the chamber from within.

Board secretary Ruben Santos and board member Louis Salinas backed away Monday from earlier predictions that they would quit. The two recently had clashed with board president JR Marquez over an inquiry into the management of executive director Joe Rodriguez.”
