Pollo Tropical has new look and plans to add locations. Florida

“Pollo Tropical, the Miami-based fast-food chain specializing in grilled chicken and Caribbean dishes, has spruced up its restaurants in Orlando and is pushing to expand its presence here.

The company has revamped several of its 11 metro-area locations to offer what it calls a “Caribbean village” look. Redesigned interiors now sport yellow, green and orange pastels, beige tiles, paddle fans and more lighting. Some places have outdoor seating. The company is also testing a fresh Caribbean salsa bar here with flavors ranging from guava to curry mustard.”
